All bright and cheerful on a gray morning.

Semi-professional leaf-crunching.
The skeleton sound of wind through dessicated trees.

Chalkboards, graveyards,
Cinnamon-scented candles.

Ghosts, beer, the past.
Bonfires and sorrow and sleepy church bells.

Wet mold, dry fog, and
Long sighs.
